Bullseye Builders Completes Sheraton Park Hotel Renovation

Local general contracting firm renovates Sheraton Anaheim without impact to hotel guest experience

LOS ANGELES – Nov. 13, 2018 – Southern California-based general contracting firm Bullseye Builders completed restaurant and restroom renovations to the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort, while the property remained open to hotel guests. The project provided value to the hotel by allowing for improvements without disrupting the guest experience.

The renovation project was completed in August and included updates to the hotel’s restroom structure and aesthetics. The restroom renovation followed a previous project Bullseye had completed at the location to update the hotel restaurant with a new buffet, flooring and seating.

“We selected Bullseye Builders because we had specific needs to get the project completed in a timely manner while keeping conscious of the project budget and remaining guest-facing at all times,” said Ian Gee, general manager of the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort. “Bullseye Builders delivered on all of our requirements and were highly communicative with hotel management throughout the project duration.”

Bullseye Builder’s technologically-driven approach paired with the firm’s focus on communication and flexibility provides each client a controlled timeline tailored to the specific needs of the project.

“Each hotel renovation comes with its own set of challenges, and we understand the importance of getting the job done without affecting their ability to run the business,” said Adam Shihadeh, project manager at Bullseye Builders. “For the Sheraton Park Hotel, the property itself is their bread and butter. Through careful planning and execution, we were able to keep the project space open to guests without diminishing their stay, allowing them to have fully engaged experiences without delays and distractions.”
