Project Administrator


Bullseye Builders, Inc. is looking for an experienced construction Project Administrator with the drive and willing to go the extra mile to serve our clients first. The always willing to learn, improve and adapt attitude is critical to our team. Bullseye Builders serves the construction industry in Retail Centers, Fast-Casual Restaurants, Industrial, Building Retrofits Office Space and Multi-Family markets.

The Project Administrator will be responsible for Project Administration duties and General office duties to include accounts payable/receivables, insurance, lien waiver management and subcontractor administration duties for your assigned project.


  • Develops project set procedures and ensure Superintendent has all early deliverables required to start a new project.
  • Ensures all subcontractors are in compliance with insurance requirements, current licensing & qualifications.
  • Issuing Master Subcontract Agreements for new vendors & project Work Orders.
  • Works with Superintendent & PM to verify monthly billing.
  • Collect all required lien releases and ensure all monthly payments are protected and waived as necessary.
  • Processing billings in AIA formats.
  • Processing subcontractor payments on a project basis.
  • Prepares site close-out packages to submit to client.


  • Minimum 5+ years previous experience.
  • Positions will require management of multiple subcontractors’ administration responsibilities.
  • Experience working with Lenders & Fund Control.
  • Experience and understanding in the Lien Releases process is REQUIRED.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Experience with Sage products is REQUIRED
  • Experience with Smartsheet’s & Procore is a plus
  • Must be able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills to ensure all established deadlines are achieved.
  • Candidates must be proficient with computers and must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
